Learn the art of creating exquisite lace designs using our special buttercream technique and the best lace mold and tools. Discover how to expertly spread icing and apply the lace to Swiss Meringue or American Buttercream frosted cakes, along with helpful tips and tricks. Plus, you'll learn how to store and reuse leftover icing. This in-person class includes all materials, a 5" and 8" real cake to take home, and buttercream for practicing during the day. Tools will be provided for use during the class, and light refreshments will be served.
