Day 1 : Learn to create both Swiss and American buttercream, including coloring and application techniques. Discover how to use a cake comb and achieve clean and flawless buttercream stripes. Practice on 6" and 4" real cakes that you get to take home.
Day 2 : Master the art of Korean Buttercream and piping techniques for roses, open and closed peonies, leaves, and filler flowers. Learn how to create Buttercream Lace and apply it to your cakes. Take home a 6" real cake. Snacks, drinks, and lunch provided. Includes piping tips, a flower nail, flower lifter, nail stand, smooth hound comb, 1 extra stripes comb, and 1 textured comb to take home.
